Eye cancer shattered Alice's world. She spent months in hospital undergoing chemotherapy and radiation which left her feeling scared, sick and in pain.
Alice ultimately had her right eye removed to save her life.
Amid all the pain and sadness, Captain Starlight was there in hospital bringing Alice the childhood happiness that cancer and treatment took away.
