These Terms and Conditions govern the conduct of the Starlight Children’s Foundation Pin & Win Prize Draw (“Promotion”) and are binding upon all entrants. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Thursday, 9 October and closes at 5:00pm AEDT on Saturday, 11 October.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. 3.2 Limit of one entry per unique code. 3.3 Entry does not incur an additional charge. 3.4 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and employees of any agency or company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Entry Mechanism
To enter, Eligible Entrants must pledge to purchase a Pin for Starlight’s Pin & Win campaign during the Promotion Period. Each valid pledge constitutes one entry.
5. Prize Details
One (1) Eligible Entrant will be drawn at random and will receive the following prize package:
5.1 Scenic Flight Experience
Two laps of the track with aerial views of the racing and mountain. Valued at AUD $120.00.
5.2 Repco Fleet Vehicle Ride
Ride for one in a Repco Fleet vehicle during the official Driver Parade.
5.3 Behind the Scenes Tour
Access for the winner and four guests to the Supercar Pits.
5.4 Repco Merchandise Pack
Valued at AUD $200.00.

6. Prize Draw
6.1 The prize draw will be conducted at Level 11, 1 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060. 6.2 The winner will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries. 6.3 The winner will be notified by phone within one (1) hour of the draw.
7. Prize Collection and Conditions
7.1 Prizes are valid for Sunday, 12 October only. 7.2 The winner must present themselves at the Starlight marquee at 8:00am AEDT on 12 October to collect their prize. 7.3 If the winner does not respond within one (1) hour of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. 7.4 A redraw will be conducted at the same location at 7:00pm AEDT on Saturday, 11 October. 7.5 The redraw winner will be notified by phone and email within one (1) hour and have their name published at starlight.org.au.
8. General Prize Conditions
8.1 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 8.2 If a prize includes gift cards or vouchers, they are valid until the expiry date specified and subject to the provider’s terms. The Promoter is not liable for lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered vouchers. 8.3 If a prize includes tickets, they are valid only for the specified date and subject to the provider’s terms. The Promoter is not liable for lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered tickets.
9. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents exclude all liability (including negligence) for:
Any personal injury;
Any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising from:
Technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
Theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
Late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;
Variation in prize value;
Tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
Use or redemption of a prize.
