What are the requirements?
Our volunteers will have a passion for helping others and bring energy and positivity. Our most important responsibility is to ensure our programs are provided in an environment that is caring, nurturing and safe for all children and young people. Successful applicants will undertake a Working With Children Check and a nationally coordinated Criminal History Check.
Where can I volunteer?
Starlight has volunteer opportunities in hospitals in major cities and regional centres across Australia as well as at external events and our office locations.
Will I get training and support?
Yes! Every volunteer receives thorough onboarding, training and ongoing support from our team. You’ll always feel supported as part of the Starlight volunteer community!
