What's been happening in the SER

In the Starlight Express Room at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, there is plenty of fun to do.  There is a well-equipped craft room and a gaming room, with all the latest games to play.  There is always something to do from Lego Workshops to choosing your favourite movie on our very own Disney Screen.  You may even come across a princess.

Adelaide Starlight Express Room turns 10!

The Starlight Express Room at Adelaide’s Women’s & Children’s Hospital has just celebrated double digits!

To mark a decade of fun, joy and laughter for sick kids and their families, Captain Starlight threw a very special birthday party. Kids, families, VIP guests including the room's founding partners, and local Starlight child Abigail all joined in the celebrations.

Over the past 10 years, the Starlight Express Room has created more than 200,000 positive Starlight experiences for sick kids in hospital.
